What is a strategy call with InnovAKT?

A scheduled conversation with a senior InnovAKT consultant about your operation, your constraints and what you are trying to achieve. It is a working discussion, not a demonstration: you describe the environment and the pressure you are under, and you leave with a view on what should happen next, whether or not InnovAKT does it.

How long is the call and what should I prepare?

Thirty minutes is usually enough for a first conversation. Nothing needs to be prepared. It helps if you can describe the process, roughly how many sites are in scope, what has already been done, and what is forcing the timing — a regulator, an audit, an incident, a capital project or a board.

Is the call free, and who will I be speaking with?

There is no charge for a first conversation. You will speak with a senior consultant who has worked inside industrial operations, not a sales representative reading a script.
